The Challenge

Keytronic is a large contract manufacturer that provides electronic services and products ranging from simple consumer devices to complex, high-end commercial and industrial electromechanical products.

One of Keytronic’s suppliers—a large industrial hardware distributor — was not meeting their needs for the following reasons:
