Marshall Excelsior Company (MEC) is a high-quality, low-emission LPG & NH3 equipment manufacturer headquartered in Marshall, MI.
One of MEC’s largest suppliers—a well-known global wholesaler—had recently been acquired, and service, product quality, and part availability suffered.
With the change in ownership during a period of supply chain volatility and container shortages, it could take up to 12 weeks to get parts. Customer service reps were often unresponsive, and MEC was paying a premium to get parts delivered on time.
