Blue Ribbon Fastener Return Policy

Unopened items that are not manufactured to blueprint, or are otherwise designated Non-Cancelable Non-Returnable (NCNR) during order acknowledgement, are able to be returned within 30 days of delivery for a credit.

Orders are NCNR if they meet any of the following criteria:

• They were manufactured to blueprint
• They had a secondary process done to them (i.e. stripping, plating, painting, kitting, drilling, etc.)
• They were marked NCNR at the time of order confirmation
• ​The ship date is 12 months past the order date

Restocking fees of 20% are assessed on returns that meet these criteria. Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer.

RMA’s are required for returns to be processed, and credits will be issued within 5 business days of material being received.

If any item needs to be returned, please send a written request via email and an RMA will be issued.
